Calories in < calories out is the only diet that works
I mean it could but there's a lot of saturated gats in cheeses , and Pop tarts are pretty crappy for your body. Once a week pigging out is fine though just make sure you schedule when you'll break your diet.
Mead and pop tarts are questionable but I know I could lose weight on the diet if moderation chosen for some of the high calorie and high sugar items.
