Is it really that bad that I eat things high in fat but stay as healthy as someone with a balanced diet?

I just wanna know how bad this is.

  • As long as your carbs are low, fat isn't dangerous. Stay away from transfats and man made fats though.

  • Not really, though people might be envious of it. I grew up always under weight, and even now at 21, 6'2" I weigh only 130lbs. The only worry I put into my weight is concern over the possibility that I could get sick and lose a bunch more weight.

  • I eat only fat.
    (Paleo diet)..
    And Im strong as a bull.
    Since 2015... Researches about fat aren't very radical.
    Its mostly carbohydrates that cause problems. Specially if mixed with fat.
    Fat alone.. Is very healthy. (Not trans)
