If I gave a hot sauce bottle to someone working at restraint to make my food would they accept using it?

I got an ultra hot sauce that i love but can't cook a lot of foods i want. Would they use it or is that be a food safety liability most restraunt would not cross?

  • My guess is that a lot of chain restaurants have too strict of rules to follow but if you went to a little mom and pop diner in a small town they might do it for ya. But why not just add the sauce after the food is made?

    • I do that now but i think some foods would be better if it was added in the middle while cooking.
