Eat a balanced, full, rich diet with a lot of variety and waaaaaaaaay fewer calories. Exercise more. It's the only way to sustain long-term, healthy weight. Consult your doctor.
If there was a shortcut or a magic formula, no one would struggle with weight. You just have to do the hard stuff.
I've done Hiit workouts. Man - it burns but my friend pushes me. She learned it at Kickboxing classes. I see results a lot quicker with one HIIT workout than working out daily. I'd recommend it. 👍🏼
