What do you have for lunch when you're at home?
I get the idea that people from other families can just magically pull out ready to eat or reheatable stuff from their fridge whenever they want. The kitchen in my household is mainly stocked with ingredients for supper like raw vegetables, uncooked bags of pasta, a small ham. The only time I can get a meal together for myself is breakfast where I make scrambled eggs with bacon, oatmeal, and tea, every single morning. But then what about lunch? I can't even make a pb&j because I'm sensitive to gluten and my family only buys gluten laden whole wheat bread. What should I do?
