  • Yeah so I actually got three things. I'll post one at a time:

    1.) Thanksgiving Stuffing

    4 pounds chopped sweet sausage
    1.5 pounds chopped celery
    1.5 pounds chopped yellow onion
    1 pound diced potato bread
    1 pound diced corn bread
    Liberal amounts of poultry seasoning
    Liberal amounts of thyme
    Liberal amounts of apple pie spice
    4 cups Martinelli's unfiltered apple juice

    Fry up onions and celery. Season with all 3 seasonings. Add sausage. Season again.

    Heat/cook potato bread, corn bread, apple juice, and all 3 seasonings until soft (stuffing consistency).

    Combine sausage mix and bread mix together in large pan. Fold together while seasoning with all 3 seasonings again.

    Eat stuffing and/or stuff turkey then eat. Consume until good and fat.

  • The one thing I can cook (other than, you know, plain chicken breasts with steamed veggies lol) is homemade spaghetti sauce. So I guess that would be it.

    • North Dakota gets super cold in the winter and super hot in the summer. We had 116 this summer. I was wearing a wet t shirt on my head, to keep some of the sanity in.

    • I think I can handle it. I’m pretty sure it’s a different kind of heat. In Texas it’s humid. That’s the part I don’t like. We do get some cold winters but not as cold as ND, that’s for sure.
