A samosa, sambusa, or samboksa is a fried or baked dish with a savoury filling, such as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, lentils, macaroni, noodles, cheese, minced lamb or minced beef. Pine nuts can also be added.
My favourite individual food is roast sweet potato.
Weirdly my favourite meal doesn't have that in. My favourite meal is red lentil pasta with chick peas, pesto and herbs. Simple but delicious.
My favourite meal purely just for the eating part, is this particular gluten free pizza I get from Morrisons, with ham, mushrooms and sweetcorn on. Gluten is poison to me. The reason I say purely for the eating part is because dairy also can give me a few things like slightly itchy skin, stuffy nose.. so the lentil pasta dish is best taking both eating and how I feel afterwards into consideration. My favourite to actually eat is the gluten free pizza which is delicious and is the one pizza I have tried which if cooked correctly can be indistinguishable from pizza (a thin base pizza), only I don't feel so great after eating this as I do the pasta meal.
