I drink coffee most of the times but mineral water more than coffee for sure.
Tea for me is to help me on diet, but coffee is to help me get back my mood, hehehe
Generally no but very little occasionally. Caffeine is hard on your heart. It makes your heart race and also constricts blood vessels, increasing work load. It also interferes with normal sinus rhythms.
Given your age, I would abstain. Fifties are the heart attack zone. If you make it to 60 without one, you are more likely to die of something else, unless you live into your eighties or nineties. At that point, your heart may simply weaken and fail with age. But cardiac insufficiency is different than a massive cardiac arrest from blockage or hypertension.
