Cold meat (bacon, chili, pork chops, chicken, etc.) from the fridge is what I used to have, but since I started working I've never been able to wake up at midnight anymore cause of being too tired, so I just eat big breakfasts before work..

Maybe ice cream or popcorn. But I have to be careful making popcorn if the roommates might be asleep.
