I used get so thirsty in the middle of the night that I’d keep a 2 liter soda next to me & id drink the bottle empty by the time I woke up.
It took me awhile to realize this, but soda made my problem 50% worse.
Once i I gave up on soda & started drinking water, my thirst was quenched, & I didn’t need a drink every 3 seconds.
Now before I go to bed, I keep 3 Bottles of Water on my Nightstand
Although When I wake up, I feel like I’m going to pee on myself..

No, I stopped eating snacks at midnight a long time ago. It's not healthy. I eat at 9 pm, anyway, a big meal.. So I don't really get hungry at midnight.

No, I don't. I'm never really hungry but once I start eating it's hard to stop until I feel that I have eaten too much.
