  • No. Need more protein. I was a competitive lifter for a couple years. If you want to get some nice muscle growth, definitely up the protein intake and cut your carbs a bit more. Have a protein shake everyday.

    • Actually less its more like 0.6-1 gram for lean body mass is enough for natural lifters
      I go like 0.7 or.8

    • @TripleAce well yeah. But optimal is still 1g per pound. I usually only eat.7 or.8 but since I’ve been cutting I’ve focused on eating more protein.
