Binge eating is your symptom not your problem, so find the problem. Sounds like you are depressed so see a doctor and maybe try therapy and/or medication. When you feel happier you would be more motivated to give a shit, otherwise it seems like you will keep returning to old habits.
Don't live healthy to get confirmation from others, live healthy for yourself. When you're fit, you feel better en this helps to prevent binge eating and other bad habits.
Although you're busy, use the time you have to cook a healthy meal. It's more satisfying then to throw a ready to eat meal in the microwave.
Choose a sport that you enjoy. See it as a way to workout and make yourself fitter and happier. Enjoy every moment of your day. Whether it is sport, cooking, watching Netflix or reading a book.
