    • Eyy. Me too. I found it was easier to work out though. Easier to build muscle than it is to build fat for me.

  • Low fat.

    It's worked the best for me, wether I include meant or go vegan.

  • I'm on an all cheese diet right now. I'm thinking I might need some carbs at some point, though (they are essential for life, after all) so I might eat a taco.

    3x caloric intake to beat my super fast metabolism.
