What are your favourite foods/recipes that are weight watchers friendly?

I'm doing a pseudo version of weight watchers (aka not the official money costing one but recreating it for free). I'm looking for some really yummy stuff to eat that's low on points. Thanks!

  • A dinner meal I really love making is cauliflower rice (but frozen and defrost), microwave 4 minutes add low-fat cheese, microwave for another 2 minutes. I like adding sugar snap peas to the side of it, and then I eat some kind of meat/protein
