How can I prove that "Coffee keeps you awake", is just a myth?

When I return home in the morning, I use to drink coffee (Cold ONLY) with my biscuits or cake. I notice that the days I don't drink, I sleep more easily.

I just want to prove that it's just a myth, I deny to admit that the reason I cannot sleep is the coffee.
