Breakfast: Mixed lentil soup with spinach
Lunch: Buckwheat and wheat scones with butter and eggplant sauce
Snack: Nuts and raisins
Dinner: kidney bean stew with celery and swede. Grated bell peppers. Some sprinkled seeds, watercress and seaweed.
Gram flour pancake.
Drinks: lemon water

Brown rice, almond flour, banana flour crust pizza, with olive oil asca substitute for tomato sauce.
Not a thing, only been up a short time. Preparing a chicory and avocado salad for later. Will have with lobster.
hahaha You're making me hungry. Nothing as of yet. I just got home from my club so I have not had anything just yet.

Nothing I’m on a 28 day water fast, god I miss food I’m only at day 16.
