From my experience, no. If you have really strong values regarding why you wanna do it, it's not that hard. I've been eating plant based 90% of the time for the past few months (exceptions are in social situations - cake, cookies, etc) and I'm loving it tbh. Think about your why and DO YOUR RESEARCH. You need to take into account a few things, like learning how to combine amino acids to get enough protein, b12 and things like that, but again, if your values are strong, you won't struggle that much i think. Try vegetarian for a bit and slowly transition.

Auuum actually yes it is but id shoot for vegetarian. Vegans are too strict for there own reasons.
