i wake up, drink a some water, eat a fruit like a banana for breakfast, then have a snack between breakfast and lunch usually a protein bar, then for lunch i eat my larger meal of the day eating it later in the day usually something with chicken and pretty healthy, then i eat dinner late whatever i can find around the house. as for how this affects my health, acid reflux from eating so late.

I have never measured
Breakfast: small bowl of soup
Lunch: 2 baby pancakes with vegetables
Snack: some sort of nuts, tablespoon
Dinner: bowl of vegetable stew, small fist of rice, handfull of raw vegetables and seeds
Desert: half banana sometimes full with peanut butter
I eat whenever I feel like it could be once a day or every 5 minutes.
