So whats your guys and girls favorite Workout food?

For me its:
Greek Jogurt with all kinds of berries (Diet)
Chicken filet with brown rice (Bulking)

  • I agree with the fruit and yogurt. I find chicken and rice very bland though, I like to mix it up by putting sweet potato or vegetables in the mix πŸ˜‚

  • When I workout, I tend to have a big meal.. Let's say I run a mile and come home sweaty and tired. Eating a small meal won't help you as you technically need more calories in you. I usually eat rice, beans and chicken. Which has protein inside the meal and since I'm a bit unhealthy I drink a dr. pepper to top it off. Maybe it's just me? Haha.

    • I tend to eat several small meals arround the day, Not a fan of one Big meal πŸ˜„ I tend to have cheat days where I drink liters of Mountain dew infront of the TV πŸ˜‚
