For me its:
Greek Jogurt with all kinds of berries (Diet)
Chicken filet with brown rice (Bulking)
When I workout, I tend to have a big meal.. Let's say I run a mile and come home sweaty and tired. Eating a small meal won't help you as you technically need more calories in you. I usually eat rice, beans and chicken. Which has protein inside the meal and since I'm a bit unhealthy I drink a dr. pepper to top it off. Maybe it's just me? Haha.
