If your stomach is upset I really wouldn't recommend eating milk as it can be hard to digest (drinking milk only helps with the spicy taste). It might be beneficial to call a clinic and as them if there's some medicine you could buy that might help, but mostly you can only really wait it out. For now, stay hydrated and eat foods that are easy to digest, like porridge, soup and other soft foods. I hope you feel better soon!
