I like fast food and if you are careful - you can avoid getting fat while eating it. For example - I get the mcdonald chicken nugget and caesar salad deal and I lose half a pound a day while eating that and going on a low carb diet.

It depends on which fast food restaurant I eat at since certain foods make my stomach sensitive and makes me feel sick at times. For the most part I enjoy it, although I would be over 200 pounds if that was all I ate! I like to mix it up between homemade cooked food and fast food so I can check my health in check! My personal favorites include Chick-fil-a, In-N-Out and Arbys :)
I DO, but it is all too often crap, and after 40 it will catch up with you.
If you can substitute a side salad instead of fries/chips, and unsweetened iced tea instead of cola, do so.
