I make a wicked good Tomato-based sauce with Merlot wine, and fresh Roma Tomatoes, Oregano, Onions and Garlic, from my garden, picked just before cooking.
Fresh pasta, hand-made, of course, and a hand-made, fresh Ciabatta bread with the fresh garlic, a little butter, and some home-made Mozzarella cheese, toasted, just a little golden brown, over the top.
That's tough I am going to say sweet marinara

I like traditional pasta with tomato sauce
But I also like the white sauce too
I also like pesto but not as much as the red sauce and the white sauce
Marinara and I add in some red and yellow bell peppers, garlic, and either veggie meatballs or meatless ground. It tastes amazing!
