  • There are replacements for fats in cookies and cake. I see majority chose pizza. Unless you take off meats and cheese, not sure how successful that would be. Maybe it is!

  • Instead of Ice cream, switch to frozen yogurt.

  • I have made "pizza" with 2% fat greek yogurt, baking powder and flour. Topped it with random veggies I found in the fridge.
    This is a pretty good, healthier and easier alternative to enjoy pizza more often.
