I prefer the cremini mushrooms sauteed in butter. What some people don't realize is that a portabella is just a cremini that has grown large. The name Portobello is just a made up name done for marketing purposes so they could charge more for them.
I've never been a huge fan of mushrooms, at least not for eating. I never tried them as a hallucinogen, but kind of interested!
