  • That depends on what diet I am or what I am currently monitoring in my diet. Right now I'm doing a low carb diet so I will indulge cravings for fish or steak but if I crave cherries or avocados or blue berries I will satisfy myself with a coffee and milk. It sounds crazy but today I got rid of a sugar craving with coffee and milk. Not sure how coffee and milk could prevent me from over snacking on sweets but that's what happened today!
