  • It appears to resemble pink heart shaped pizzelle albeit a poorly made one. Its a type of italian waffle cookie. King arthurs flour has a good pizzelle recipe. If you can find it strawberry or cherry extract would be good for a parfait like this.

  • It looks like rice paper cookies. Mainly from Japan. The whole drink presentation looks Japanese.

    • Then you've never seen how much people don't care about plating in the US. You see it in sushi, rice cookies, and reshi mushrooms prepared by chefs. The display of the food in an almost painted display indicates a non US chef. The traditional Japanese practices of this have moved to California but I'd still put a $20 on that the guy who made it was born in a country in the Pacific rim.
