I actually like tuna. But I tend to avoid it because of all the reports on the levels of mercury found in tuna. Tuna are pretty high up on the fish food chain and the mercury in the oceans bio-accumulates in their tissues. That's why pregnant women are advised to avoid, or limit, their intake of tuna.
Yeah, put it salads. Would eat it more if it weren't for the Mercury Levels.
