Will my arms thicken up if I eat more food?

Currently I'm really skinny but I'm trying to get in 3 meals a day now, will my arms thicken up as a result, I don't want to be really thin haha

  • If you eat enough calories to gain weight you can't really control where the weight goes. It will probably go to your waist.

    If you eat more calories (healthy ones... proteins, fruits/veggies/complex carbs) and you start doing resistance training with multi-joint core exercises like bench press, shoulder press, chins/lat pull downs, deadlifts, squats then you'll probably thicken up a little bit all over... including your arms.
