I like both.
Beer: ales (Canadian, English, IPA American and cream ale), stout and pilsners are generally my favourite. Too many brands/labels to mention. There are so many good ones out there being made right now.
Red - bordeaux, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, pinot noir, nero d’avola, dolcetto, shiraz, malbec
White - sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, riesling, pinot grigio, gewurztraminer, muscato
Same thing as beer: too many brands/labels to go into. I like both beer and wine though.
Beer. But if I go to a fancy restaurant, and we order a bottle of wine, and they make a major production out of it, you know, bring out the fat guy with the keys to take the order, he fetches a dusty bottle (they have spray for that), he struggles to get the cork off, I say to my wife, "Man, 50 bucks and it's got an old fashioned cork instead of the new screw of lid," then he pours a little in my glass to taste and I look at it and say, "Hey, I can drink a whole glass. Fill it up." I drive them nuts because I don't like B. S. Then when I taste it I say, "Ah, soft nutty flavor, with a touch of blueberry." And it all tastes like the $8.00 grocery store stuff to me. Sour grape juice.

Rarely drink alcohol but love beer without it :)
I like both, usually preferring craft brews. As for wine? I can go red or white, usually going for riesling for white and merlot for red. Just depends on the day.
Other days, whiskey works fine.
