We cook dinner from scratch about 4 or 5 times per week. The other 2 days we either eat leftovers or we go out. I usually pack my lunch each day, sometimes my g/f packs it for me. I generally don't eat breakfast in the morning and I try not to eat before 11:30 am as I use intermittent fasting. This year I have been cooking at home more and eating more whole foods. Less refined carbs and less sugar and processed crap. I've lost 18kg since March and everyone's telling me I look great. Problem is that now my clothes aren't fitting and some of my business shirts look big on me so I need to buy a new wardrobe.

I usually cook 3 times a week but I make a large enough amount to have leftovers. On Saturdays we typically will go out somewhere.
