How your diet look's like?

Im basicly eating 500-1.5k kcal and hella lot of protein powder. Doing good, having low boyfriend and good amout of muscles, how ur diet look like?

  • I don't pay attention to my calories. I'm at a healthy weight. I eat oatmeal almost every morning. I eat whatever I feel like throughout the day

  • My diet have lots of vegetables daily. Broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. You wouldn't believe the smell of my fart bro, dont come to my house.. For protein i eat ham, chicken and eggs mainly along with the vegs. After meal at least one orange or banana as a desert. I eat two meals a day. I don't count calories anymore because it's not sustainable so I just know what I eat by estimates.

    • and its enough for you? Normal amout is around 2k.

    • Yeah most days I don't eat much, maybe a granola bar and some coffee. Maybe the occasional slice of pizza once in a while
