My diet have lots of vegetables daily. Broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. You wouldn't believe the smell of my fart bro, dont come to my house.. For protein i eat ham, chicken and eggs mainly along with the vegs. After meal at least one orange or banana as a desert. I eat two meals a day. I don't count calories anymore because it's not sustainable so I just know what I eat by estimates.
