How can I improve my chicken sandwich?
It’s one of my newer recipes. Its chicken cooked on the stove, mustard mayo, bacon, green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, fondue gravy, sourdough bread.

I feel like I could have toasted the bread with some butter.

With a fruit salad. Pineapple, melon, grapes, blueberries and blackberries. Blackberries tasted a little weird in the mix.

The sauce did a good job of staying in place.
What should I make later today? I’ll post a question and shout you out.

It just has to have chicken with ingredients that I’m likely to have.

  • It looks very tasty. The only thing is the sauce looks messy - if you can make it so it doesn't spell or make a mess when you eat it - then it would be perfect.

  • Hm, I'd say press them paninini style, and use stone ground mustard seed, also arugula is a nice substitute for generic lettuce.
