I do not like to eat the same thing too often therefore I make sure to cook every day or at least every other day... I rarely eat the same thing twice in a month.
Therefore the only thing that comes into my mind is toast which I have for breakfast quite often, but with something different on top of it every time.
I make a variety of things and due to various dietary problems, sometimes we have different things, sometimes I make the same for everyone.
My dad is diabetic and avoids bread, rice and pasta. (Especially rice).
My brother can’t have garlic or onion in any form and used to be gluten free.
I’m lactose intolerant so have lactose free stuff. I’m allergic to coconut milk as well.
There’s no “one thing” we have because I usually end up cooking variations of 1 dish (which feels like multiple) to suit everyone

Definitely eggs. I try to get organic/natural free range, vegetarian fed eggs. I whisk 4-5 in a bowl and then pour them into a butter-lubed skillet to scramble them for slightly over a minute on slightly below medium heat. I’ve recently started adding tomatoes and other veggies into the eggs while they’re in the skillet. More omelet style I suppose
