Have you tried the other KFC, Korean Fried Chicken?

It is crunchier than the Colonel's KFC. As well as original it also comes with honey soy, soy and garlic and sweet chilli glaze.

Apparently the Koreans learned all about fried chicken from US service personnel during the Korean War. Then the Koreans put their own spin on it, this is why so called 'cultural appropriation' is a great thing!

** Korean Fired Chicken is not actually a chain of stores, but I am referring to the style of chicken that is prepared and sold in Korean restaurants. There are some Korean chains that specialise in Korean Fried Chicken, this chicken is now available pretty much anywhere there is a large Korean community.

    • It's not actually a chain. It is a style of chicken sold by different Korean restaurants. Some of them specialise in Korean Fried Chicken and there are some Korean franchise stores that sell it.
