    • Different areas/mucsles are used more than others. The more use, the tougher the meat.
      Fillet and sirloin are from the back of the cow which muscles are barely used. Rump is next, has mild use.

      When you get to “belly” something it will be covered in fat and are usually advised for slow cooking meals.

    • I like chicken but almost everything else is gross to me. Ham and turkey are okay as lunch meat on sandwiches. Beef is okay on burgers or as pieces in like, spaghetti or whatever. But if it’s something like a steak, I’ll sit there chewing on it and knawing on it for like 10 minutes straight and no matter what I do I just can’t swallow it. I don’t know if that’s because of the texture or a mental repulsion of what, but I just can’t eat it. I’m physically capable of eating other meats like bacon, sausage, etc., but they’re just bad to me and I don’t like them.
