Pinnekjøtt (mutton meat) with potatoes and rutabaga.
Brown and white ginger breads.
Some of it are not really a tradition but we add those food anyways.
Ham, steak, stew, noodles soup, fried rice, salads, wine, rice cake, moon cake and pie
Breakfast casserole, grits and banana bread. Then ham, veg casserole , pineapple casserole , rolls, butter, sweet tea, sweet potato casserole , layered salad..., etc!
Ham and turkey, Ambrosio, scalloped potatoes, broccoli casserole different type of Jell-O and everything you can think of

Turkey, dinner rolls, macaroni and cheese, Ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, squash, corn, carrots, broccoli, stuffing, squash soup... pies, cakes, baked cookies, chip and dip, popcorn, chocolate and fruits, all sorts of nuts, sorts of candies, ice cream, veggie and dip. Shrimp and dip. Wine, water, pops, juice, any kind of liquor, its all about sharing the food and drinks with whomever comes to my home, my family and friends, and strangers too.
Dressing, Turkey/Chicken, Gravy, Broccoli casserole, Squash casserole, Green beans, lima beans, Black-eyed-peas, Mashed potatoes, Thicc mac and cheese, Cornbread, Fried okra/Fried pickles, Brussel sprouts, Sweet potato & marshmallow, Collard Greens.
Pumpkin pie, pound cake, All kinds of cookies i dont like.
Not so much traditions but things typically there
Christmas dinner is mostly like Thanksgiving dinner... turkey. stuffing, mashed potatoes, a vegetable. I do make cookies a nd other treats for Christmas, tho. My favorite are twisty candy cane cookies and green wreaths made like rice Krispy treats but with cornflakes.
A drink called "cola de mono" (milk, sugar, coffee, cinnamon, cloved and aguardiente) and English cake.
