      Just don't overeat. As long as you're using the calories you eat it doesn't really matter how many carbs you're eating.
      While it's smart to have a well balanced diet, macros are more important if you have specific fitness goals.

      Also, carbs come from fruits too, so as long as you aren't sedentary and eat lots of refined carbs you are fine. If you are active it is fine to eat dome refined as long as you eat healthy carbs too
