Are almonds honestly fattening?

I take about 20 almonds in my morning milkshake.

    Almonds can lower ones Iron levels so got to be
    careful eating too many of them or take a Iron

  • Yes, almonds and nuts in general can make you gain weight. They're good but in moderation. Eating too much of anything (even if it's healthy) is bad for you. 20 almonds a day is crazy
