I would say about once a month or so if you are asking how often I eat beef. If your asking how often I eat pork - about 1-3 times a week. I buy pork cuts from the grocery store and then eat that cause I'm on a low carb diet and the pork is one of the cheapest low carb foods I can locate.
Hmm, a few times a week, maybe 2-3? I try not to eat it every day since it's supposedly not good for you to eat too much of it... won't stop me from eating a burger when I'm craving one though, LOL
Of the roughly 1,000 meals I eat per year, about 10 of them has red meat in them. I never ate lots of red meat, but I cut back because of environmental reasons.

A few times a month maybe. It's not part of my regular diet, but I don't mind eating some, if I get an idea of a good meal with red meat.

I try not to eat meat or dairy in general for health reasons but If I get invited to dinner and they serve meat I wouldn't decline because I like the taste andI don't want to be impolite
As infrequently as possible though I eat meat as it is a leading cintributor to things such as colon cancer. Salmon, lobster, trout, as well as other fish, chicken and pork are more primarily on my menu, or any good seafood or fish, other than beef

I like a variety in my diet. Yeah I love a noce juicy steak but the next day I might go with cheese pizza or a salad. It really just depends on my particular mood that day.
It's getting rare and rare. I'm changing my diet to just eat it very occasionally.I still don't know if I wil stop eating it 100%.
