I don’t know if people care but in case anyone is interested the reason I asked this question is because I was vegan and vegetarian for years but unfortunately my health really suffered even though I tried various forms of it. Supplements didn’t work for me and I can’t handle too many carbs because of genetic blood sugar issues. Over the years I kept eating more meat and found that the more meat I ate the better I felt.
Obviously different people thrive on different diets. So thanks to everyone who answered. It’s definitely interesting to see the variety of answers 🙏
