Animal fat is different as it contains vitamin a, d3, k2 which plant fats don't have.
@Warmapplecrumble Yea, fat can be an issue with a vegan diet. Heck, it can even be an issue with a meat diet if you only eat very lean meat. That's why there is such a thing as "rabbit starvation" for people trying to live off the land.
Yes. People need to eat fat and stop thinking it's not necessary part of our diets.The only thing not necessary is a donut fried in vegetable oil.
