You crack the egg and plop it in some low boiling water. Put one in and wait till it cooks turns and gets a bit white. Then plot the next one in until they all get in there. Then move the pan off the burner. And cover it for 4 minutes. And immediately plate it. If all correctly done then it turns into that good good texture.
Okay awesome. i will give it a try 👍🏽 thank you 🙂
Yuh welcome home skillet
@whiteglaze you have to stir the water as you put the egg in to get a presentable poached egg otherwise it looks weird
@whiteglazeWhat do you mean by wait till it cooks turns? Also what do you mean by good good texture?
Good good texture is like that sort od cream feel when you bite it. Wait till it turns white a bit before plopping in another egg.
So the egg whites dont mix I think
Thank You For Most Helpful Guy :)
Haha thanks and yeah it was more a trial run than anything definitely going for a full breakfast next time
That is so wonderful & your dish is truly inspirational & bravo by the way. As for Eggs Benedict I have never made it before & thanks to you I’m going to give it a go. Like my brain I like my eggs scrambled!
@static_in_the_atticWho says you have to have bacon with eggs?
@MysteriousDarkness It’s written in Section 221 Article B of the Bacon Lovers Code & it states if you are going to have eggs you must have bacon unless your a vegetarian or have a heart condition.
@static_in_the_atticI am not a vegetarian or have a heart condition and do not hve bacon everytime I have eggs.

Practicw will make perfect alright lol. But good eye. Supplies were difficult to get recently but will do it better next time. Just happy the poached eggs came out as well as they did. And sauce was good. All firsts for me.
I've always been intimidated by poached eggs. I'll certainly try them...
