Boring. But I'll eat it. What about some LT and mayo/mustard? Then we can upgrade it to some cheap BLT. I love BLT. Too one-dimensional with just ham and cheese. But I'll fall in love with it. I don't really complain about food because you serve me eyeball soup and I'll just imagine I'm in a post-apocalyptic wasteland where this is a delicacy. But ham and cheese only sandwich does tax my imagination.

I like Swiss cheese and high quality cheddar in my sandwiches but not the Kraft cheese which I think tastes better outside the sandwich - I also prefer pita bread to regular bread cause the crusts are hard to clean up

I have had grilled ham and cheese as well as non-grilled, they are both good, the grilled one though has this interesting thing that happens with the ham that gives it a tangy metallic flavor that is also good.
