Thinking about starting a coffee shop any tips?

Hey everyone, I am thinking of starting a coffee stand. I was thinking about doing drive through only. Do you have any tips? What do you do and don’t like that coffee shops do? Any flavors you look for?

- Yes as my friend @Agape93 has said, there is a culture around coffee, especially in my country where we have fika, (having a coffee and bun/pastry during break at work, meetings or just ha hanging out). Environment plays a huge role, how do you present your coffee, what style, image or vibe do you wish to exude.
The coffee ought to be rich and thick, and you'll most likely sell well focusing on dark roast, it has the best flavor and gives the best effect.
Free refill will always garner much business but given that you wish only to open a stand it might not be possible.
