Do you drink enough water in one day?

I usually dont, working on that.

My trainer told me I'm suppose to drink half my weight in pounds in oz of water a day, I dont think I drink 115oz of water a day.

I try. I fail half the week. Eversince pregnancy when they wanted me to drink an gallon a day I've been trying to keep drinking a lot but its so nice not to have to drink a gallon a day.
