I love that cover! They usually can cook, too.
What I'd really like is a cook book that explains why you're doing every step, so you can make a decision whether to leave something for longer, or in the cold, or something, part way through.
For example: Flour and water dough can be left in the fridge for at least half an hour, but also for a lot longer, and the proteins expand to make a stretchy substance that's good for pasta or wraps (boiled or cooked on a griddle, respectively).
Pet peeve: when a cook book says "season to taste", rather than how much salt to put in. I don't want to try every recipe two or three times, to get it right!
Do you know when you go to vacation and rent a car and drive out of the tourist area to REALLY see what live as one of the natives of that country is? The "down-to-earth" normal neighborhood? Then you see an eating place that you wouldn't dare to call a "restaurant". Definitely NOT a 5 star restaurant. Just a couple of tables. But you see it is PACKED with people! Now that cook hidden in that kitchen. I want HIS cookbook. Cuz if he's able to pull the whole neighbourhood to come eat at his table, then his food will definitely taste marvelous. :)
I sort of like youtubers tbh like they kind of just tell u secret recipes , good seasonings , how long to cook and I don't know just quite simple and they show u many ways to even make a basic dish to a nice one and all so yk I jus prefer youtubers.
I dated a celebrity once. You know Yoda from starwars. I dated a girl who use to dress like him for a kids birthday party in Vegas. And she couldn't cook worth anything. So in my opinion I'd rather postmates
Celebrity chef do actually cook sooonidk wtf you are talking about. Both professional celebrity chefs and chefs that aren't well known both make quality cook books.
I actually prefer... not using cookbooks at all! I have read plenty when I took my degree... dns and bind, the cookbind. CCNP, the cookbook... yikes...

I don't like cookbooks in general. I like to fuck around with things myself and see what comes out of it.

Neither. I prefer my own cooking style. I try different food combinations, and if it doesn't work, fuck it, I'll start again. I like my own recipes.
