Considering it's a first attempt looks fine. The only thing that looks weird to me is the excess of cream around. But it's something that only affects looks, not flavor. Flavor it's what's important.

Questions: What's made of? and, have you tasted it already?

It contains almonds and cranberries. And the red toppings are pomegranate seeds. White chocolate and double cream.

I tasted it. It tastes lovely. I am going to do it again though to get the consistency required. I can of let it bake a bit too long but it was still tasty.

Oh, never tasted any cake using cranberries or pomegranate seed, but sounds good. Wouldn't mind to try a slice.
