This was a gallon of ice cream. I ate 1/4 of the ice cream 🤗 Fudge brownie with a ton of Hershey syrup on top. Would you eat this amount, would you eat less or would you eat more?

I honestly just wanted to post a picture of ice cream to show everyone how much I eat on a daily basis 😂

Let's analyze the calorie content of this food orgy.
1/4 gallon contains approximately 2,000 calories, the syrup on it another estimated 500 calories. That is a total of 2,500 calories for one single dessert. That is equivalent to double the recommended daily calorie intake.
After, you probably have breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Those add to another 2,500 calories giving you a daily calorie consumption of 5,000 calories.
Even if you train 6 hours a day, your body cannot get rid of those calories. Result: Your weight goes skyrocketing and your life expectancy plunges.
At this rate, I give you a life expectancy of 45 years.
Interesting analysis. We can most certainly assume those were all contaminated with sucrose. I mean it's difficult to find vendors selling normal food, that is not contaminated with sucrose.
However 2500 calories is not double the recommended amounts. It's actually within the range of recommended cal intakes and in this case he's already an adult at 18 and accumulating 2500 cal in one day is acceptable. www.webmd.com/.../estimated-calorie-requirement
@Unit1 If you consider that the average US citizen is overweight because he/she consumes more than 1,600 calories, then the ice cream and the syrup, which I calculated on very conservative basis, would actually be closer to 3,500 calories than the 2,500 I indicated.
The number I indicate is for a woman whereas a guy may require about 2,500 calories. Nevertheless, if I assume that he is eating 3,000 calories for one single serving of dessert, day in and day out AND another 3.500 calories on a regular breakfast, lunch and dinner, then we are already at a whopping 7,000 calories.
Munching on snacks is not include because that quickly adds another 1,500 calories a day.
I don't think that a person that takes 1/4 gallon of ice cream will be fully satisfied with 3 spoons of oats in the morning, a salad for lunch and a small piece of salmon for dinner, right?
They don't care about their diet. That's why they got 33% of obesity cases. I personally do not really know anybody, who actually cares about diet on a lets say more or less serious level (and I don't mean those, who follow those magazines or weight loss programs, where the author is obviously scamming it's readers). They keep buying sucrose contaminated "foods" and "snacks" but many of them do not get fat or sick from it... yet.
For me it was a challenge to find sugar free brown chocolate, where stevia is used as the sweetening element. I notice no significant difference in taste. I tried finding white chocolate, that is sugar free and substituted with something else like stevia. Found exactly nothing.

I do not eat breakfast and if I do, it's probably just a few pieces of bacon. I barely eat lunch and I eat about half of my dinner. However, if I do not eat dinner, then I do not eat ice cream that night. I drink one soda a day and water the rest of it. However, this all depends on where I am for the meals.
