Yeah i know healthy and fast food seem to be a foreign concept, but if you wade through a lot of the unhealthiness you might find some that aren't so bad for you health wise... but just don't say salads cause yeah we know that.
A lot of the taco bell fresco style options are healthier choices for examplewhat would you say?

There is a fast food chain named Del Taco in my area in southern California (not sure if that place is national or not). Imagine Taco Bell and a burger stand blended together.
I usually eat there when i'm out and about due to the healthier options. I do my best to minimize the wheat, yeast and vegetable oil that I eat.
Anything with beans (even 'refried' beans, which aren't even really fried like you would imagine) is a good choice! Soft tacos made with corn tortillas is also an excellent choice due to corn being an overall healthier and less inflammatory carb than wheat. Most hard-shelled tacos at fast food places are baked instead of fried, and once again are made out of corn!
Quesadillas are a good choice for a high fat, solid protein option. Any burrito filled with lettuce and tomato/pico is a solid choice too; you dont have to eat the whole tortilla either! Eat the yummy nutritional stuff out and throw away the excess tortilla. It's not that nutritional and you won't miss it. :-D

I think the whole point of me ordering fast food is to not be healthy? lol
For burger places like McDonalds I mean everything is fine in moderation, though you will probably feel a lot better if you got a burger with salad in it. Grilled chicken rather than fried. Maybe pass on the fries because do you really need them? Get a sugar free drink with your meal. Or even go for a wrap instead (not sure if other countries have these). If a place has large portions, don't eat it all, you can save it for your next meal/the next day.
