To those that dont know what Escarole is. It's a leafy green vegetable and member of the chicory family along with frisée, endive, and Belgian endive. Like other chicories, it is popular in Italian cuisine and can be served either raw or cooked.You don't have it, that's okay. Taste just as good without it.

@Ilickvulvas sounds nice. I'd like to try to make it myself some day. I've made chicken or turkey stew before, but I've never tried anything with cream
I make three, zuppa Tuscana, cream of mushroom and New England clam chowder. The first two are best with heavy cream and the last is best with half and half. If a recipe calls for milk use half and half instead.
This is the one I make and it’s so good you want to bathe in it. I use chicken stock instead of broth but if you’re using it as a appetizer for a beef entree don’t hesitate to try beef stock

Oh. Lol i love different types of soup. Each have their place. Though i prefer clear brothed and full of chunks of meat and vegetables.
